Founded in 2001, PetsConnect! is a federally-recognized 501(3)(c) non-profit animal rescue group withi the mission of making Michiana a “No More Homeless Pets Community.”  They are South Bend, IN-based all-foster, all-volunteer organization, which means the animals in the PC foster program are kept in the homes of volunteers until adoption.

PetsConnect! animals come from area shelters.  Volunteers “pull” adoptable pets from these facilities when space opens up.  Once in their care, these animals are spayed or neutered, fully-vetted, micro-chipped, and kept up-to-date on vaccinations and flea and heartworm preventatives.  A list of adoptable animals can be found at www.petsconnect.org.
