Caesar sort of looks like a Maltese, but then maybe a Yorkie mix, and then simple a little wire haired terrier. Our vet listed him as a Yorkie and poodle mix.He is really cute: wiry cream hair with hints of apricot highlights, lightly colored buff ears that tip just so and a tail that curls up and over or wags non-stop!
Caesar is good with other dogs and cats and has been super friendly with my husband and I. He does have that terrier attitude, God love him, because sometimes he annoys the heck out of the bigger dogs! When he decides to be a brat he goes into his crate for a bit. In general though, he loves to play with the other dogs: tug with the toys, keep the squeaky toy away and MY Rawhide!
He is good about taking a bath and I think he is housetrained but just likes to mark new territory. I have been using Belly Bands – love those things – and with those he has been perfect. He will probably need to wear one for the first few days in his new home. Also, now that he is neutered, hopefully the urge to mark will diminish.
Caesar is smart and will excel with some dog training. He is good with people and travels well.
Caesar is just a year old, if that. He weighs a whopping ten pounds soaking wet.
Caesar is available for adoption. If you are interested, please fill out an application and email it to us as an attachment.
Medical: He is neutered, micro chipped, wormed, and up to date on shots.
Microchip: Included in the adoption is the registration of the AVID micro chip in the new owner’s name.
Adoption fee: $250
Leash and Collar or Harness: a Lupine brand harness or collar and leash are provided for each
canine. Lupine has a life time guarantee; if chewed, the company will replace it free of charge
