Clarence loves the jumps.
He actually gets really excited at the opportunity to go out and show off his jumping skills!
The first time we took him out where the agility equipment is set up it was only because that is where the sun was shining and we wanted to get some new photos. After we took some photos Dennis decided to take Clarence on a couple obstacles – the evening was so beautiful and we were not ready to go inside yet.
The photos turned out really well .. see how handsome he is?
Clarence dutifully sat on the pause table – no big deal.
The walk was not his cup of tea … he resisted and didn’t like being up so tall maybe. Here is a photo of Clarence going down the walk and it looks like Scotty is showing him the way. But actually Scotty is being a bit of a pain – barking and running about.
I finally took Scotty inside so he would stop annoying Clarence. Scotty is a great little dog and it’s nice as he can be loose because he stays with us and doesn’t run away so he is out most of the time we are. He loves to run around and bark at butterflies, frogs and insects. He and Sidney will sometimes go after the same white moth which is comical.
Here are a series of photos of Clarence doing a double jump – see how happy he is?That was jump one – back legs still coming over…..
In between jump one and jump two – looks like he has stopped but if you look you can see his ears are straight up in the air — he just came down and is springing up again….
