Mango has the look of a cattle dog but one on short fat legs.
Born June 1, 2010, he is almost 11 weeks old in this photo.
He is the last of a litter of four, his three siblings have been adopted. All of them looked much like him and two others had those short legs too.
Mango is all puppy: he chews what he puts in his mouth so he has to be watched – it’s amazing how fast an electric cord can be chewed in half!
Mango loves dogs and thinks cats are fun – especially if they play with him. For a puppy, he is not rough at all and actually fairly gentle.
Mango lives to be where the human action is .. he does not like, for example, to be gated in the kitchen when I’m up here on the computer!
Mango is not housetrained .. working on it but not even, unfortunately, close.
Mango loves to play with Scotty even when Scotty can be a bit rough. He also loves to lay and chew with Elias too, follow my dog Libby all over the back property and he has learned that Macy does not share her rawhides!
Medical: He is neutered, micro chipped, wormed, and up to date on shots.
Microchip: Included in the adoption is the registration of the AVID micro chip in the new owner’s name.
Adoption fee: $250
Leash and Collar or Harness: a Lupine brand harness or collar and leash are provided for each
canine. Lupine has a life time guarantee; if chewed, the company will replace it free of charge (thank goodness!).
is available for adoption. If you are interested, please fill out an application and email it to us as an attachment.
