Well, maybe not the whole day.  But they did swim for a good 20 minutes before they decided they were done. 

Since Riley has out grown most of the puppy maze (and the pups all needed bathes), I decided to fill up the bathtub to where they couldn’t quite touch the bottom unless while standing on their back legs and let them play.

This was their first time swimming, so as motivation for movement (and to help them not be scared) I put their favorite rubber squeaky ball in the tub with them.  They all went swimming around to get the ball.  It was cute seeing their little legs splash around!

Bailey was the best at swimming and came in first in the 3 foot doggy paddle competition.  Riley was a close second and Hailey finished third.
