Pekingese Galore
Paddy, Pauley, Penny, Pete and Pony
Five glorious Pekingese recently arrived in our program!
These guys were part and parcel of a large group pulled from a home that wasn’t fit for people or animal to live in. They were flea infested, matted, and in general not well cared for.
Right now we are getting them neutered, de-wormed, etc. They will be ready for adoption probably end of October or first of November.
This is Paddy.
Paddy has a bad hip and a bad knee that our vet believes are from injuries resulting from a blunt injury. We have another meeting with our vet and then will need to work out a fundraiser
to raise the monies to cover the cost.
And this is Pauley.
He is a handsome black and white male. He can climb out of puppy pens and loves to run around marking what he deems his territory – have to work with on that!
And this is Penny.
Penny is our token female. She can be a bit grouchy sometimes but who can blame her having to put up with four guys!
And this is Pete.
Pete flows with self confidence. If he could climb out of the puppy pen he would follow Pauley around marking where he marked! Pete can be a bit nippy if you grab at him but he is very sweet. He acts like a little guard-
statue dog.
Here is Pony.
Pony is my favorite because of his outgoing personality. If he could climb out he would just run and find me and jump in my lap or find a toy and play. He is all character!
