Adoption fee: $100
DECLAWING: PetsConnect! has moved to a no-declaw policy.  Adopters agree not to declaw the feline they adopt through PetsConnect!.  We support the use of non-surgical interventions such as training, nail trimming, and plastic nail caps (Soft Claws or popeye_cici_jan_29_2017pssimilar).  Prior to adoption, the adopter may opt to purchase nail caps and PetsConnect! volunteers will apply them for a small additional fee.  Feel free to request a free nail trimming demonstration at time of adoption, as well.  Because our cats live in foster homes, they have an excellent head start in learning how to scratch on acceptable items such as scratch posts and cat furniture, and in becoming acclimated to nail trimming.popeye_jan_29_2017 (1)psWant to Volunteer?
