Falco: the two-faced hunting dog

falco_oct_12_2014 (1)Why the two-faced hunting dog?

Well, because if you look at Falco from one side he looks every bit like a hound.
But if you look from the other side, it’s an English Setter!
Either side of his face looks great when he is pointing out a deer or raccoon or possum when walking in the woods!

Falco was one seriously sick puppy when he came to us from a local animal shelter.  He has a horrible case of URI, or Upper Respiratory Infection.
We immediately started him on antibiotics which he ended up being on longer than normal because he was so sick.
He was also underweight and still can use to put on some pounds.falco_oct_12_2014 (7)

Falco is a sweet male dog.
He is on the timid side, not bad but just a little bit.  He would do best with treat training and a soft voice.
He has been great with every dog he has met and seems fine with our cat.
