Rose and Ruby are sisters. Ruby is a tri color and Rose is mostly black with a little white.
They were born April 8th, 2014 making them just three months old.
Best guess as to breed mix would be Labrador retriever, hound and spaniel.
These two puppies are super sweet, incredible cuddle bunnies and all out lovers.
They are also playful, love to be with their people and follow us all around the home and yard.
They do not like to be alone, not even when in a crate together. They have gotten better but they can make quite a ruckus when they want. It’s the hound in them!
They are working on house training and are close but still lots of work is needed in that area.
They are puppies: I guarantee that they will chew, bark, pee and poop
in the house and do more mischief just because they are puppies!
These are not good candidates to be left alone for long hours. They crave and need companionship.
They will require patience, a lot of hands on and training.Participation in doggy obedience classes with their new owners should be seriously considered so they can be the best companion dogs they can be.
These pups are fantastic with other dogs, with cats and with children.
In regards to children, please remember that puppies do have sharp little claws that can hurt sensitive skin of younger children. This is not
the fault of the puppy.
Fenced in yard would be best and in cases where there are children in the family, a fenced in yard is required.
Either of these pups would be great for Pet Therapy.
Rose and Ruby are both available for adoption. If you are interested, please fill out an application and email it to us as an attachment. Click here for adoption application
