Cordelia or Cory for short

cordelia_april 15 2015 (1)Cory is a move in dog: she is house trained and well behaved. She attaches to her new family easily and loves to be with her people.

She sleeps in our bedroom on the floor at night time and when we leave during the day we just leave her loose. She can be in a crate but will bark initially. I assume she stops but we are not here to hear her.

Cory is a gentle dog except for when it comes to stuffed animals with squeakies. IN her opinion, the squeaky is to be eliminated and the stuffing spread about where ever she is lying tearing the toy apart at! She will be surrounded by stuffing as if it has snowed! She does like to chew a raw hide sometimes too.

Cordelia, or Cory for short, came to us with a good eye and a really bad eye. The bad eye was basically non-functioning, seriously infected and had to be removed. Once her hair grows back it won’t even be noticeable! Since Cory didn’t see out of that eye anyway, she doesn’t miss it.

Cory enjoys a good romp in the yard, long walks and playing fetch.
She comes when called and does not wander off. She does not need a fenced in yard.
