Howdy there! My name’s Pulley, and I’m a 6 month old Polydactyl (Hemingway Cat). I have a short coat that is a very attractive brown tabby pattern and those funny extra toes! I’ve got two extra toes on each front foot and one extra on each back foot. Some folks think extra-toed cats like me are extra-lucky! My foster moms seem to think it makes me extra cute! It doesn’t matter what you think of them to me.I have a handsome triangular head; I may have some Siamese or exotic in me. Who knows, my mama didn’t kiss and tell.
I am very sweet and outgoing. During the day I snuggle with my foster ‘uncle’ and ‘aunts’, the resident kitties of the house. At night I snuggle in bed with my foster moms! I also like to play, though, don’t get me wrong. My absolute most favorite toy of all is the crinkly cellophane ball. I will chase it and carry it around for hours. I will ‘walk’ on a leash and harness if I’m going after one of those balls!
I love people and I will give them kisses (if they’re tasty) but I am still learning that no matter how excited and worked up I am, I am not allowed to use my teeth on people. Most of the time I’m very good, but I’m still a kitten and sometimes I get chewy! I have a tendency to play a little rough with other cats so if I go to a new home where there are other cats, they either need to be ok with that, or be able to put me in my place! Sometimes Auntie Maggie tells me to cut it out and I am pretty good at respecting my elders.
Wow, I sure am handsome! Anyway, I also like dogs. I have grown up around them and I am not at all afraid of them, even big ones. They do smell funny. My foster moms say I would do well in almost any family, because I like cats, dogs, and kids and adults! I have met several children and I let them carry me around, even though sometimes it’s not very comfortable. Kids are tasty to kiss and fun to play with!
Well, I hope you’ll consider adopting me. I am NICE and HANDSOME and PLAYFUL and SNUGGLY and GENTLE (mostly) and ALL-AROUND TERRIFIC! And that’s the word straight from the kitten’s mouth!
No, I am NOT very humble. Have you ever met a humble cat? Well, have you?
