Patches is a pretty mostly white wire hair terrier.
She does have some black and has cute markings.
Patches is six months old and close to being full grown.

I am not sure of her breed mix, perhaps some Jack Russel?  Though she doesn’t act like one.  She is more laid back and easy going.  She is a sweet, affectionate pup.

Patches is around and is good with dogs and cats.  She has been good with children who visit her at adoption events too.  She is house trained and crate trained.  Patches enjoys raw hides and stuffed toys and newspapers.  Yes, newspapers.  She will pull them off the table or out of the storage box and strew them about and rip them up a bit.  She seems to think they are the greatest thing on earth.   Maybe she wants to go to school and learn to read.
Speaking of school, it is very important that whoever adopts Patches be committed to participating in a dog obedience class.  This will help her be the best dog she can be and enrich your bond with her.  She has lots of potential and could be a ton of fun.

Patches weighs in at 24.5 pounds on April 17th, 2013.  She has put on seven pounds over the last month.  Just to give you an idea how much she has grown and may grow.  She was underweight when we got her.

Patches loves to snuggle and give kisses and comes when called.  She knows sit too, especially if you have a treat handy.

Patches is available for adoption.  If you are interested, please fill out an application and email it to us as an attachment.  Click here for adoption application
