Caramel: a female chihuahua mix puppy

Caramel is an adorable, short coat, brindle Chihuahua puppy.

Her mom, Reese, a chihuahua, came to our program pregnant delivering six puppies.
This pup and her siblings were born November 14th, 2012 in one of our foster homes.

The pups are small.  On December 20th Caramel weighed 1.7, on December 26th she weighed 2.3 and then on January 10th, 2013 she weighed in at 3.4.
Because of their small stature we are unable to have them spayed or neutered until they are older.
The surgeries are scheduled for February 7th at which time we are hoping the puppies will be big enough.
The pups will be ready after they are spayed or neutered which we anticipate to be the following week, Februay 11th

Caramel is a sweet natured puppy with a nice temperment.
She is a really sweet pup who loves to cuddle.
Her siblings are: Ike, Snickers, Truffles, Taffy and Mousse.
